- Celebrate the successes of the Voluntary Sector

- Education for the sector to understand the strategies & policies that affect us (Linking National to Local)
- Identify joint working opportunities for consortium bids
- Identify policies and strategies that will affect us in the future (‘be one step ahead’)
- Improve communication within the sector
- Map services throughout Inverclyde that are involved in improving health & wellbeing
- Promote a united voice
- Raise the profile of the Voluntary Sector through PR & Marketing
